Pathway : Offer > Tires > Stock
You have just made a tyre stock import and you have the following errors in the error file that has just downloaded to your browser because certain stocks could not be applied :
- Product not selected in mix : this product/dimension is not activated in your backoffice.
If you want to import an EAN you have to thick the box of the product/dimension
Here is an example :
EAN 3528701493183 = Michelin PILOT SPORT EV 245/45 R 20 103V
This model is OFF in the BO in /tire-list (pathway : Offer > Tires > List of tyres)
-> You must check the model and size that correspond to this tire then import the stock for this EAN to be integrated.
- EAN does not correspond to a known product : the EAN is not known, we cannot apply a stock (or a price) on a tyre that is not known in your product database.
-> The best way to avoid these errors is to download the existing stock and update it as advise in the stock documentation
-> If you wish to add EANs to your site, you need to open a request with :

We'll contact our provider and ask him to provide us with the corresponding tires so that we can add them to your database.
Once the tires have been added, you must activate the corresponding profile/size, then you can import the stock corresponding to the added EANs.
