Pathway : Offer > Tires > Stock > click on “Export”
You can use this page to manage the stocks in your online shop, and thus give an important indication of availability, which can determine your customers' choice.
If your subscription allows it, activate the functionality first.
Note that :
The file does not work on a cancel and replace basis. The stock must be set to 0 if there is no stock.
You can disable their display or just one of the two, change label at any time, then set the processing time. It will be applied immediately. Note that these fields can't be empty.
Each label will appear just above CTA :
1. Levels of stock
The application lets you manage 2 levels of stock: either the product is available immediately, or it needs to be replenished. In both cases, you can configure the wording displayed on the results list or the product sheet in the last tab :
You can also indicate an estimated lead time in addition to the order lead time if your complete funnel is on the platform (and not related to externals agendas)
For a product available at your point of sale, the lead time is very short, or even non-existent, because you can assemble it immediately. If a supply is required, define an estimated lead time based on the average lead times of your supplier(s). To help you do this, we've provided you with some default labels and lead times.
Once your configuration is complete, you can now define the status of your stock.
2. Manual update
The first option is to update it manually, via the first tab.
Note that :
- You cannot update a stock on a tyre if the model and size that correspond to this tire are not selected in the mix in /tire-list (pathway : Offer > Tires > List of tyres)
- If the EAN is not known in your product database, the stock will not be applied.
In both case, you will have an error message. Consult this documentation for more information.
Export your stock and open the Excel file.
Modify the quantities for the products you have in stock. Leave this field blank if the product is not in stock.
Import this file and your shop will now display the availability of your products !
3. Automatic update
You can also define and update your stock automatically, by uploading a file to an FTP server. You have an account, the connection details of which are shown in the second tab :
You can connect using software such as "FilleZilla" or any other FTP client. Enter your connection details and access your space:
Submit the Excel stock file here and it will be integrated so that your shop's data is kept up to date. Don't forget to respect the format indicated.
