For optimum display, called sections must be arranged in the order in which they appear under the Anchor layout that is going to call them. A section not required for the layout's operation must not be placed between expected sections. Similarly, a section required for the layout to function correctly must not appear before the Anchor layout.
Badly arranged sections can cause the layout or even the entire page to bug (you're sent back to the homepage when you want to view the page). Enter the Anchor layout by clicking on "Edit" to check how many sections are expected and what they concern.
Example 1 :
Click on "Edit" in the layout to check how many sections are attached :

If you go back (using the "Back" button), you'll see that this section is much too high in the layout, so you'll have to move it down and group it with the other expected sections, which can be distinguished by the heading "Section" here.
Once the section is in the right place (between the layout anchor and section 2), save and test the page again by clicking on the page's url.
Example 2 :
On the other hand, you should also check that the correct sections have been attached to the corresponding titles in the layout anchor.
In this case, we can see that the section does not correspond to the first title entered in the layout.
