Newsletter subscription list
On this page you can see all the people that have signed up to your online shop’s newsletter.
This feature is only available for Basic plans and above. If you want web users to sign up, you need to activate this feature in the “Configuration” menu and on the “Newsletter” screen, or directly on this screen by clicking the “ON” button.
Below, you will find a table showing all subscriptions, from newest to oldest. There are search filters at the top of each column in which you can enter the data you’re looking for.
For example, if you’re looking for a given customer, you can type their surname in the second column, and the corresponding row will appear.
The date, time, person’s name, email address and status are indicated for each subscription.
Each person that subscribes to your newsletter automatically receives an email with a confirmation link. By clicking on this link, the recipient confirms that their email address works.
A “Validation pending” status means that the person has not yet confirmed by using the link. Once confirmation has been made, their status will change to “Subscribed.”
Download
You will find the “Download” button to the right of the page, which you can click to download an Excel file with all the information presented on this page. This can allow you to work on the data more easily, or to reimport them into your CRM tool.
The last column allows you to directly find the unsubscribe link linked to a user (for example, to include in the emails you send to subscribers).

Set the newsletter
The radio buttons allow you to choose where the checkboxes for newsletter subscriptions will appear on the pages of the site.
In the last two lines of this form, you must choose the URLs where users who have just confirmed their subscription or unsubscribed from the mailing list will be redirected.
You need to create 2 landing pages and select them on this page :
- one for the subscription
- one for unsubscribing
If you have several languages on your site, you need to change language in the menu bar and then repeat the operations for each language.
