This feature is only available with the Pro package :

1. If you want visitors to be able to order from your shop, activate the button by setting it to "ON". If you leave it "OFF", they will not have access to this feature.

2 . If you have several points of sale, you will find a filter at the top left of this page in the back office that will allow you to easily find the one that interests you.
3. On the right-hand side of the page, there is a 'Download' button which, when clicked, will download an Excel file containing the same information as that presented on this page. This allows you to work with the data more easily, or to import it back into your internal order management system.
4. Finally, you have the table showing all the orders, sorted from the most recent to the oldest. At the top of each column are search filters, where you can enter the data you're looking for.

For example, if you're looking for Mr Durand's order, enter his surname in the third column and the corresponding order will be displayed.
For each order, the most important information is displayed: the date of the order, the customer's name and e-mail, the date the customer will come to collect the order, the amount of the order, the name of the sales outlet concerned, the status of the order and the date of your last modification.

5. If you want to find out more or make notes about an order, click on the 'View' button to the right of each order line.

Request details

You will be taken to a new screen with the same information as before. You will also have information on what the customer has ordered and their telephone number.

4. To comply with the RGPD and also if the customer so requests, you can anonymise their information using the "Anonymise customer" button.

If you are unable to fulfill an order, be sure to inform your customer.
