Pathway: Activity>Contact
This page contains all the contact requests made by visitors to your site.
All requests
1. If you want visitors to be able to send contact requests to your shop, activate the button by setting it to "ON". If you leave it "OFF", they will not have access to this functionality.
2. If you have several points of sale, a filter at the top left of this page makes it easy to find the one that interests you.
3. On the right-hand side of the page, a "Download" button allows you to click to download an Excel file containing the same information presented on this page and more. This can be used to work with the data more easily, or to import it back into your internal contact request management system. You can sort contact requests according to the form used by sorting your file on the “request code” field.
4. Finally, a table shows all the contact requests sorted from the most recent to the oldest. At the top of each column, filters allow you to enter the data you are looking for.
For example, if you are looking for contact requests made since 1 October, enter this date in the second column and the corresponding contact requests will be displayed.
For each contact request, the most important information is displayed: the date of the request, the name, e-mail and telephone number of the customer, the name of the sales outlet concerned, the status of the request and the date of the last modification.
5. If you want to find out more or take notes, click on the 'View' button to the right of each contact request line.
Request details
You will be taken to a new screen containing, among other things, the previous information. You will also have information about the form concerned (field "request code"), how they want to be contacted for your return, message if they're is one, answers to custom fields etc. All these informations will be found in the export.
1. You will be able to change the status of the quote and indicate it as processed, for example, once you have replied to the person.
2. You can add comments to detail your exchanges.
3. Remember to save this screen if you make any changes. These will then be displayed at the bottom of the page so that you can monitor your activity.
4. To comply with the RGPD and also if the customer so requests, you can make this information anonymous using the "Anonymise customer" button.
