1. If you want to allow web users to make appointments in your shop, activate the button by putting it in the “ON” position. If you leave it “OFF,” they will not be able to access this feature.

2. If you have several points of sale, there is a filter that allows you to easily find the one you are interested in.

3. A “Download” button on the right of the page allows for downloading an Excel file with all the same information presented on the page in a single click. This can make using data or reimporting it into your internal appointment management system easier.

4. Finally, there is a table that presents all appointments from newest to oldest. There are search filters at the top of each column to allow you to fill in the data you are looking for.

For example, if you are looking for a given customer’s appointment, you can enter their surname in the third column, and the corresponding appointment will appear.

The most important information will be shown for each appointment: the appointment’s date and time, the person’s name, email address and telephone number, the relevant point of sale’s name, the appointment’s status, and the date of the most recent modification.

5. Click on “See” if you want to find out more or take any notes.

Request details

You will be brought to a new screen that shows the previous information, among other things. You will also be shown information about the customer’s preferred contact method.

1. You can modify the appointment’s status and show it as processed once you have met the person, for example.

2. You can add comments in order to provide more details about your interactions.

3. Remember to save this screen if you have made any changes. These will be shown at the bottom of the page in order for you to track your activity.

4. In order to be in good standing with RGPD, and if the customer requests it, you have the option of making this information anonymous by clicking on the “Anonymize customer” button.

Remember to contact your customer if ever you are unable to honor this appointment.
